We roast on a published weekly schedule and ship within 48 hours of roast for retail orders. Peak holidays can add a day — we'll flag that on the cart when it matters.
Zones & speed
- Domestic: 2–5 business days via standard carriers
- Expedited available at checkout when the carrier allows

Freshness
One-way valve bags, batch-coded labels, and a rest window suggestion on each card. Espresso blends often taste best after a few days of rest; light roasts can shine straight away as pour-over.
