Which grind should I pick?

Whole bean preserves aroma longest. Choose drip for flat-bottom and cone auto-drippers, espresso for 9-bar machines, and cold brew for long steep immersion.

How should I store coffee?

Cool, dry, away from the stove. Our bags are fine on the counter if you squeeze the air out. Freezing works only if you pre-portion and don’t thaw/refreeze.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes — skip, pause, swap, or cancel before the roast date. The manage portal will live on this site once accounts are connected.

Do you offer local pickup?

On market Saturdays when the trailer is out. Watch the homepage banner for dates.
