Coffee is food. We don't restock returned bags, but we absolutely fix errors and damage.

What we replace

  • Carrier damage or lost packages
  • Wrong grind, wrong SKU, or missing item
  • Defective packaging that compromises the beans

How to start a claim

Email hello@farmersjoe.com with your order number and a photo if it's damage-related. We reply within two business days.
