Steps
- Rinse the filter with hot water and discard the rinse.
- Use 22 g coffee, medium-fine (table salt texture).
- Bloom with 44 g water for 30 seconds, gentle swirl.
- Pour to 200 g by 1:00 in slow circles.
- Pour to 352 g by 2:00. Swirl once, drawdown by ~3:00.
