Cold brew concentrate
Smooth concentrate you can dilute with water or milk — lasts a week in the fridge.
Equipment
- Jar or Toddy
- Filter bag or mesh
- Scale
Steps
- Combine 340 g coarse coffee with 2 L cold filtered water.
- Stir until fully saturated. Steep 16–20 hours refrigerated.
- Strain twice. Dilute 1:1 with water or milk to taste.
