Cold brew concentrate

Smooth concentrate you can dilute with water or milk — lasts a week in the fridge.

Equipment

  • Jar or Toddy
  • Filter bag or mesh
  • Scale

Steps

  1. Combine 340 g coarse coffee with 2 L cold filtered water.
  2. Stir until fully saturated. Steep 16–20 hours refrigerated.
  3. Strain twice. Dilute 1:1 with water or milk to taste.
